You can for convenience sake call them Mobile homes or factory built homes or manufactured homes etc. When people are looking for these type of upgraded wind zone and thermal zone manufactured homes, as a used home, they don’t google “used trailer houses that were once used by the federal government then auctioned off to the public for private use” or “NOT FEMA HOME”.
